National Bike Travel Weekend, June 3-5

Celebrate Adventure Cycling's Bike Travel Weekend with Bikabout's founders on a weekend getaway to Cape Cod!

Choose Your Own Adventure

This is a DIY tour so choose from  2 or 3 nights, 50-85 miles and a smorgasbord of eating, drinking and lodging options. We've created a Travel Guide to help you make bike friendly ferry, train and lodging reservations.

Transportation

It's bliss to take in Boston's skyline from the ferry to Provincetown and then after a long weekend, roll your bike onto the CapeFlyer in Hyannis for a relaxing and scenic ride back to South Station.

Lodging

We curated these accommodations because they are conveniently located off the bike route. If you prefer maps like us, please check out the google map linked above to see their locations.

Eats & Drinks

Bikabout's measure of a great weekend is not how many miles we rode, but how many ice cream cones, treats from general stores, baked goods, beaches, and coffees we enjoyed. We curated this list based on their proximity to the Rail Trail and bike route.

Say "HI!"

Because of the DIY nature of the group, we'll be all over the place so if you see fellow riders, share your stories over a beer.
