Beer Social for Bikabout Ambassadors in Chicago

Calling all architects, artists, musicians, actors, academics, designers, farmers, chefs, microbrewers, mixologists and other cultural personalities that make Chicago amazing, and who happen to bike for transportation.

Megan Ramey, the founder of Bikabout.com, which inspires two wheeled tourism in cities across North America, will be visiting Chicago to recruit ambassadors and host a BBQ social!

Megan and Kyle Ramey, the founders of Bikabout.com, and their four year old daughter, Annika, are traveling to Green Lane Project city of Chicago to launch a free service that inspires two wheeled tourism.  Megan is excited to meet with bicycle advocates, transportation and sustainability planners and recruit ambassadors to curate bike routes!

690 students in 5 elementary and 1 middle school in Hood River County have become more confident riders during bike rodeos that I have hosted in their PE classes via @hoodriverwalkandroll. Of those, 60 kids learned to balance and pedal from scratch
